How Many Ketamine Treatments Will I Receive?

Am I Eligible for Ketamine Treatment?
A referral from a PCP or psychiatrist is required to make an appointment for ketamine infusion. Patients are not permitted to drive themselves to or from the appointment; please plan to have someone drop you off and pick you up.
