Discussion with Dr Dula about specific health issues. Includes history and physical. Labs may be ordered. This is not a replacement for primary care, but rather a functional medicine complement to existing healthcare and goals
Hormone Replacement - $300
Discussion of symptoms, patient history, and physical. Dr. Dula will order labs and prescribe hormones as needed and indicated by lab results and findings from the consult.
Medical Weight Manangement - $250
Utilizing the latest treatments and options available, Dr. Dula will provide the most beneficial personalized treatment based on your history and a physical examination.
